Chervantes is an accomplished social work professional dedicated to fostering meaningful change in individuals, families, and communities. With dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Social Work, she has built a distinguished career spanning clinical supervision, counseling, program management, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Chervantes has successfully managed and operated group homes, demonstrating her ability to design, implement, and oversee residential programs that prioritize safety, therapeutic care, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders, providing direct support while developing integrated treatment and recovery-focused programs. Her work has been especially impactful in re-entry services for incarcerated individuals and the implementation of Functional Family Therapy (FFT).

In addition to her leadership experience, Chervantes is trained in a wide range of evidence-based practices, including trauma-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST). She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work, further deepening her expertise and positioning herself as a leader in advancing innovative practices within the field.
