Najzim is a dedicated professional whose career reflects both service and compassion. He proudly served in the United States Air Force, where he worked in the medical field, gaining hands-on experience in patient care, health systems, and supporting others in high-pressure environments. His military service instilled discipline, leadership, and a deep commitment to helping people.

Shanariton is a dedicated criminal justice professional with more than eight years of experience working within the prison system. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has built a career devoted to rehabilitation, counseling, compliance, and the empowerment of both youth and adults impacted by incarceration.
