Support/Donation Clause (For-Profit Organization)
The following policy applies to contributions made to this organization. Because the organization operates as a for-profit entity, contributions are not considered charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
Support Policy
Contributions made to Harbor of Anchored Hearts are voluntary and help us expand our programs and community impact. Please note that because we are a for-profit organization, contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
Acknowledgment of Support
Supporters will receive an acknowledgment email for their records, but this acknowledgment cannot be used for tax deduction purposes.
Refund Policy

Use of Contributions
All funds received are used to further our mission of creating a loving and supportive home where youth feel anchored in care, guided toward healing, and empowered to grow. While we aim to use support where indicated, we reserve the right to apply contributions where most needed.
Transparency and Privacy
We value your trust. Supporter information will be kept confidential and not shared, sold, or traded, except as required by law.
